Actor, writer and cause ambassador for RAHI Foundation, Nandana Dev Sen conducted a session on incest and child sexual abuse to raise awareness on the issue at Behala College on Friday, 14 July 2017 as a part of RAHI Foundation's peer education programme.
RAHI Foundation's peer education programme has been running in Kolkata for the last two years. Through this programme, students are given a grounding on the issue of incest/CSA, and trained as peer educators who lead educational activities for their peers through debates, poster competitions, theatre events, workshops, book readings, movie shows, and stalls during the college fests as well as through their everyday conversations.
